Terms of Service

Effective: August 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of ejrinternational.net and purchases of custom corrugated packaging from EJR International LLC (“EJR”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are good-faith estimates, not binding offers. Pricing is subject to confirmation at order acceptance and may change with material costs, specifications, or quantities. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Orders and specifications

All orders are subject to written confirmation by EJR. Dimensions, board grade, print, and other specifications are finalized before production. Custom products are made to order and cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.

Quantity tolerance

Consistent with corrugated industry practice, orders may ship with an over-run or under-run of up to 10% of the ordered quantity, invoiced at the unit price for the actual quantity shipped.

Delivery and claims

Delivery dates are estimates. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any shortages or defects within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.

Warranties and liability

Products are warranted to conform to the agreed specifications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EJR disclaims all other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to replacement of the nonconforming goods or a refund of the price paid for them. EJR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All site content is owned by EJR International LLC and is provided for general information without warranties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law, with venue in El Paso County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. Questions: eric@ejrinternational.net.
